Important informations:
- Concession ticket are available for children and youth born in 2009 or later, and for seniors born in 1964 or earlier, upon presentation of a photo ID confirming age.
- Unauthorized use of a discounted ticket or pass will result in its invalidation and forfeiture.
- The determination of the age required to obtain the discount follows the rule stipulated in Article 112, sentence 2 of the Polish Civil Code.
- 5% discount with the Large Family Card. The discount does not apply to the Pingwin PASS, promotional passes, or family tickets. A valid Large Family Card and a photo ID confirming identity must be presented for each ticket/pass purchased.
- 10% discount for people with disabilities upon presentation of a valid disability ID. The ID must be shown together with a photo ID confirming identity at the time of purchase.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Certain promotions or discounts may exclude the applicability of others and may be valid only for a limited time. Details are specified in the terms and conditions of each individual promotion or discount.
- The slide is available outside the winter season, weather permitting, during its operating hours. Children under 120 cm in height may use the slide only when accompanied by an adult with a valid ride ticket.
- Price negotations are available for organised groups of more than 20 people.
SENIOR HOURS
- The discount applies to individuals born in 1964 or earlier, upon presentation of a document confirming age.
- “The ticket must be purchased between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and validated at the chairlift gate by 10:15 AM on the day of purchase.
- You can enjoy the treetop walk, visit the viewing tower, and relax at the brine graduation tower without any time limit.
